What we say: This hybrid formula fortifies your lashes as it sweeps away stubborn makeup like it’s nothing. It is quite oily, but I reckon that’s why it’s so effective at getting everything off. If the residue is a bit much for you, just sweep it off using a cotton pad covered in micellar water.
